[patch request] Shave and a Hair cut... two bits (vibration for text)

Can someone create (if it is possible) a patch to change the short vibration notification for an incoming text to "shave and a hair cut... two bits"?

Silly I know, but I'd like it.

why dont u just download the mp3 file and save it as a ringtone?
