[Patch Request] Volume Button Lock

I'm always accidentely hitting the volume buttons, and messing up my settings. I wish there was a way to lock them so nothing would happen when they are pressed.

I was just thinking of an added option in the sounds and rimgtones menu. Something that would let you disable the volume buttons.
