I have a Jabra bluetooth speakerphone that does stereo audio (A2DP) as well as regular old speakerphone. I've also used an in-car BT system that does A2DP as well. The problem is, the phone (a Sprint Pre) seems to prefer connecting in regular speakerphone or headset mode rather than in stereo mode. Phone calls work fine in stereo mode, so I don't know why it wouldn't try to use the most capable protocol.

Could someone please write a patch that fixes the order in which the phone attempts to connect? If that isn't possible, how about one that just disables the headset and/or speakerphone profiles so the phone will only attempt an A2DP connection?

I'll gladly Paypal $25 to the developer who writes this!

Thanks in advance.
