I was wondering if this patch existed. I have calandar, alarms, tasks, and any number of other things that pop up and take up over half my screen when a notification pops up, until I tap the miniscule portion of the screen to shrink them back down.

would love to have them just show the mini icons at the bottom of the screen for quick access instead of popin up on their own.

seems simple enough as itwould just require a patch to add an auto-backswipe to all notifications to push the incoming message/note to the bottom of the screen.

When you're done viewing the notifications, just make a half-backswipe on the gesture area to minimize 'em all.

    No need for a patch.

Back swipe, forward swipe, center button (if you have one).

    Swipe up also works.
