Here are the alerts I'm using. They are sound bytes from StarCraft II.
twentyPercent: We need to recharge (Battlecruiser)
tenPercent: Got an energy crisis here (Banshee)

Have you given internalz a go?
I am about to do that right now.
I like all of the sound bytes being posted.

Perhaps someone can get a separate thread going for all the sounds, easy and simple archive; similair to what Warlord and squeeze have got going for animated gif's.

I would, but there's no way to do that without conflicting with other patches or touching multiple packages; both no-no moves.

However, I may be able to create a second patch to select mp3 files using the filepicker; a button in the Sounds & Alerts app, that, using FileMgr, can copy the .mp3 to the /media/internal/.sounds/ location. Would that work for you guys?

I see today that this patch is in Preware now.

Do I need to uninstall the one I applied via Internalz first before installing from Preware, or will the Preware version just overwrite what is already installed?

If the one installed is working then no need to un-install it.
If you r going to do it anyway just remove the one installed with internalz
    restart phone
    install patch in preware

Might do that when I get time. Just seems a little "cleaner" when the Preware version is installed, will notify you when there are package updates available, etc.

    Thanks!!
