Forgive me for asking what is probably a simple question, I'm knew to WebOS updating. Is there a way to update the OS when the next update is released, without having to remove all of my patches and then having to go and reload them? It is kind of a pain, and I am thinking there has to be a better way than what I am doing.

    Thanks

If you have Preware, run Emergency File Verification http://forums.precentral.net/webos-p...ation-efv.html, it will tell you if your patches have AUPT http://forums.precentral.net/webos-p...echnology.html, if they do you don't have to remove the patches when you update. After the update just open Preware and update the patches, those which haven't been updated to the new version of webOS will install placeholders until they are modified and will appear as an update when they are ready.
