This will use Switcheroo to change wallpapers for date.
This will only change the wallaper one a day
still in testing so let me now how this works.

This is in "red". In a few days I will try to put up more colors.
The background image will stay the same. this is to hard to change. sorry.

All credit goes out to Travisml.

below is Travisml steps to get this to work with some modifications of mine.

    Capture1.JPG Capture 2.JPG

    Steps:

    1. Download and install "Switcheroo Free"
    2. Download JAN-DEC.zip all total up to about 6Meg's (12 files total)
    3. connect pre to computer (USB mode)
    4. Make a new folder called "date" in your pre "DCIM" folder.
    5. Unzip files JAN-DEC in to the folder "date" to your DCIM folder in your pre

    6. Open Switcheroo and set:
    -switch timing: once a day
    -album: date
    -image sequence: random

    7. Turn switcheroo on and click "switch now"

    8. Keep clicking "switch now" until background becomes a date that is close and
    has not passed.
(e.g. if today is May 24 then keep switching until it says 5/3 or something like that)

    9. Change "image sequence" to: sequential.

    10. Click "switch now" until it shows todays date.

    DONE!

    Code:
[QUOTE=mjkjr;2475613]So I just wanted to input my experience, might

to 5/25. I was tired but wanted stay up until midnight to change the wallpaper on
time to 5/26. Well it seems that switcharoo changes at midnight on the dot, so at
12:00AM it changed to 5/26 on it's own. Worked out perfectly, so it doesn't
seem that it should matter what time you initially set it up because switcharoo
*should change at midnight on it's own regardless. [QUOTE]
    Good find mjkjr.
    tested and it works.

So I tried the red first but decided I'm going to go with the black and gray. Only thing that personally is a tough decision for me is if I continue to use this I can't use 'Stickyman' app which is kind of handy. Decisions...

I have some before and after pics

So I just wanted to input my experience, might not have to stay up until midnight after all. I switched the image until I got it set to 5/25. I was tired but wanted stay up until midnight to change the wallpaper on time to 5/26. Well it seems that switcharoo changes at midnight on the dot, so at 12:00AM it changed to 5/26 on it's own. Worked out perfectly, so it doesn't seem that it should matter what time you initially set it up because switcharoo *should change at midnight on it's own regardless.

And I was thinking, with almost double the images this could be done for the time as well, although I'm sure there would be a hit on battery life. All of the current images could be used (12 hours - 12 months) and only images from showing roughly 30-59/00 would have to be made hmmmm.... Hope that makes sense.
