    My Calendar no longer displays “All Day events”. Has something changed in the latest release?

    Go into prefs, then Ubercalendar Prefs, then make sure month views enhanced is on. Also if you tap "month views Enhanced" there's an option that will display for showing all day colors.

    That's true - very long winter nights - I hope they put Ubercalendar in 2.0, if they do I'll just have to think of something else to patch up.

    @bluedonut - can you run Emergency File Verification in Preware to see which files are not in the correct state?

    I did manually create some more auto-replace entries, which I'm guessing is why these errors popped up.

    why won't this install with the advanced system prefs patch
  12. #1192
    @bluedonut - I'm not sure why you are getting those errors. The auto correct stuff shouldn't bother UC.

    @Rabbi emu - can you post any errors?
  13.    #1193
    @greenawayj: thx

    @Rabbi-emu: does this system prefs patch also has stuff for the calendar?

    @all: The new UberCalendar includes "Wrapped Location Field", please remove this patch before installing.

    I just tried to install the update from Preware, it failed, and removed itself from my Pre to boot.

    Re-booted the Pre and tried to install it clean and "1 out of 7 hunks failed, and 1 out of 17 hunks failed..."

    I haven't added (or removed), any patches in a couple of weeks, (except for updates), so I can't imagine what could be the causing the conflict.

    @ToddK:

    Installing a patch update is done in 2 steps:
    * removing the old patch and restoring the stock files
    * applying the new patch

    If the 2nd fails you end with no patch, obviously. The quite big changes in the new UberCalendar patch update might lead to new incompatibilities with other patches which worked before, example: wrapped-location-field-patch. Also anythign i nthe prefs-scene will fial.

    Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, (it was the "wrap" patch), and for the patch installation education. ;-)

    ...and most of all, thanks for a great patch.

    Cheers, Todd K.

    Is there a changelog, please?
    If this helped you hit thanks.

    My stupid questions:
    1) What is stop to close?
    2) What is Wk-NO shift?
    3) What is Wk-NO Mod?
    4) Does reminder dashboard means: an event remains in the notifications area until dismissed?
    5) Snoozed for banner: what does that mean?
    6) Snooze: Under it time can start up to 30 minutes before start, what does that means? Lets say I have a default alarm set for 2 hour before the event, will I be able to snooze it or not?
    If this helped you hit thanks.

    Just bought UberRadio to support Ubercalendar :-)
    Great app (*2)

    All Uber

    Change log: see first post, it's still the same patch

    2) offset for the starting of week number
    3) there is a counter which goes from 1 until week-no modulo and then starts back from 1, usefull for anyone who has occurencies in a fixed week rhythm
    6) I guess it means the snooze goes until 30 minutes before the event starts

    But at least some of them wee already answered before. Hard to find, I know. I will write a description of the pref options in the first post, later.
