    Hi,
Did you tried dowloading it from the first page of this thread and installing through WOSQI?
For me it worked, while it was not working installing it from the preware.

The package on preware seems to be still an empty placeholder package. The calendar files weren't changed with this update, means, the patch file from first post of this thread is still valid and can be installed using WebOSQuickInstall.

I have used this patch for a while and everything went well. Since I updated webOS, the patch is not active anymore, but its listed under "installed" in Preware...
I did an uninstall, then I reinstalled, but nothing changed...
Does anybody have an idea what might be the reason for that??

I install the patch downloaded from the first page and using WOSQI. I also have the scrims/ubercalendar folder created and icons placed there.
The patch is supposed to be installed as reported by Preware but I don't see anything different from the stock calendar, as though the patch is not active at all.
    On GSM 1.4.5

You should see a difference, independent if you have the scrims/ubercalendar folder. If you have 6-buttons in the command menu, the patch is installed. If you only have the 3-button strip it isn't.
Please try it again, for me it sounds like the patch-file from the first post wasn't installed.

    Hi

I have a previous version of UberCalendar... Iīm trying to find the new one in Preware (patches-calendar) and canīt see anything there... I guess Iīll have to do it via Quickinstall, but I havenīt use it for a while and itīs not so comfy, any idea when will it be available through Preware?

Also, as I see in the pictures in first post, in month view you canīt see the events with different colors when selecting ALL calendars... Is that so?

Also, how can I set Month view by default?... I tried installing the patch but it gave me an error, and i didnīt see any settings for this in preferences... same thing with creating birthday event

    Thanks for the help

UberCalendar defaults to the last open view.

Does it take a long time for any of you to open an existing event with this patch installed? I love all of the enhancements that come with this patch but the delays I experience when trying to open an event is irritating me. I really want to make this patch work for me but I need to find a way to kill the delay.

When rendering a week or month with enabled enhancements it needs to request the event data for every single event. The are queued. When you try to open an event before this queue is empty, your open request will be queued too. And you have to wait.

Thanks I finally managed to install it. I didn't realise there was another calendar patch (other than the Edit Event as new which I had already uninstalled) which was not compatible with UC - a custom default calendar duration patch:
    http://forums.precentral.net/webos-p...-duration.html

Btw great work on UC. If you could also enhance it with more default meeting durations that would be much appreciated.

    Hi,

Ubercalendar won't work. First I had patches installed for the calendar (Default month View, Show all day events in month view).

I uninstalled those patches and ubercalendar. Reinstalled ubercalendar but it still does not work. And I did a reboot. After uninstall and reinstall.

I have one "patch" installed which is not listed in preware (justinputjp). May this be the problem?

I have the latest update of WebOS
