[Patch] GSM, if user and pw required in PPP
This is a simple to adjust patch for the problem solved in this APN GSM thread.
The patch is tested on a GSM Pre with Sprint webos 1.3.5.1 and a vodafone NL network. Without the patch, no 3G connection could be established. The patch can be easily adjusted if another password or username is required. Just substitute the 2 appearances for vodafone and keep the quotes. DO NOT CHANGE THE NUMBER OF LINES NOT THEIR POSITION.
