patch removal help PLEASE
I have had a patch that shows up as needs a update but will not uninstall. EPR will not get rid of it, and I am lost on how to get rid of it. The patch is Jump one word at a time. I think i have had this problem since the last web OS update.
Any one have a clue how to remove this patch please, thanks |

dont worry about it the update should fix it with no issues . i had that happen to me last update

i am still having the same problem. Is there anyway to uninstall this patch. It will not go away. It still says it needs an update and will not uninstall. I do not want to have to reset my phone.
