[patch request] calendar - 1 minute time input

Presently, only 5 minute intervals can be entered for appointment times in the calendar app. This will change the start and stop time input interval to one (1) minute.

I have had issues getting this to install. I work at a television station and need to be able to set alarms for specific feeds that come down off satellite in minute intervals. So this is rather important to me.

You should specify what hardware and webos version, how you are installing it, and what error you get when you install if you want help.
