    hi all,

so I've installed preware and it works fine. Iv installed some applications off from preware and those have worked perfectly. Now I began installing some patches and iv notec that some work and some don't. I'm wondering if I'm not doing something right tho. Forexample, I install the led notifications and it didn't work. But I realized I had to go to settings to turn it on. So now it works perfect. However patches I've tried like battry percentage and the messaging characte count do not work and I annot find settings to turn them on.

    please help.

I've tried searching however, I cannot find an answer specific to getting the patches to turn on. Thanks in advance!

did you restart luna? there is a luna manager app that will restart just luna. or you can restart the phone and that will work also. You have to do this when installing patches from preware. When using webos quick install it automatically restarts luna

For those not sure how to do a quick Luna Restart or what Luna Manger is, there is now an official Luna Manager Thread.

    Thanks, Oil!
