Default [Patch] Add background scrim to contacts app.
Just like the title says, this will add a scrim to the contacts app. You can send the scrim file to .......

/media/internals/wallpapers

..... Using webos Quick installers, send file option. You can use any .png file 320x480 or 480 x480 image named contacts-scrim.

black, orange & red..... Remember to rename to scrim.png.

I can also make the patches with differn't font color, if the font color dont work with the back ground.....

well since i want the black background think it could be possible to change it to white font? really appreciate it and nice work

haha i got confused with threads i thot this was the one for messaging haha sry about that but if you could do one for messaging with the white font and the background black that would be awesome man

I can do that but with the messaging chat bubbles being light in color most of the time, I tryed both and thought black worked out better..... Think about it and let me know what other colors you have in your theme cause I can change it to any color for ya, not just black or white.

ill hook it up tomorrow just let me know what color you want for sure...

well the theme i have now is all black, so i would really like the background to be a nice plain blackish grayish kind and the font to be white it would really blend and make the theme complete hehe, also would this all work with 1.3.1?

No problem I'll hook it up in the morning & yes it all works with1.3.1. I started this patch stuff yesterday and then woke up today to find the update, so of corse I updated and started putting my theme and stuff back. I went and got the new stylesheets, made the changes, BOOM! Nothing worked, I was distraut. Then I realised I missed a lil of the code when I copied & pasted. Fixed it and it works great.

hey, anyway you can include a white background (or an undo method?) ...just if we ever want to switch it back to white/default

Un-install with webos QI, click tools, click device management, click the drop down menu that says applications, select patches, select the patch you want to un-install, click un-install.

No I tried to figure this out but, since I really know nothing about reading .css files nothing i tried made it go away. I almost belive its a png image.
