Patch updates borked preware

Hi,

I recently updated a number of patches to 3.0.4 (specifically muffle system logging, remove dropped packet logging and some others) After restarting preware

1)was no longer associated with ipkg files and
2)no longer had any idea what packages I had installed i.e they aren't listed as installed

It is worth noting that I installed a package after this and it is listed.
Any idea what happened or how to fix this?

Having the same issue with installed packages. Only sees 2 items installed.
