Patches installed but not working after OTA Update

I just did the OTA update on my TP , and I noticed that I got the tap ripple back. I went to preware and it says it, along with all my other patches are installed, but clearly they're not working. Any help would be totally awesome.

There are patches have not yet been updated to 3.0.4. As such, the 3.0.2 versions may not work even though they show as 'installed'.

Update them to 3.0.4 versions.
