I'm technologically challenged so any help would be appreciated here.
I have a pre3 (verizon) and I've been told that the system needs to be doctored and the os needs to be bumped up to the most recent release before I can activate my phone (told this should resolve the issue). I'm clueless as to how to install and use the doctor and the directions posted on the site all seem to be written for people with actual knowledge and intelligence. is there anyone who can direct me to the webos for dummies version? |

just download the webos doctor with the update you want, after downloading it double click it to run it, (dont plug in your phone yet till the last step, it will instruct you when to) click the options that apply to you. oh yea before i forget make sure your phone is in developer mode, with no cards open type webos20090606 tap the icon that pops up turn it on reset the phone when promt to, then do the instructions above.
