Tapping Preware icon in launcher starts Software manager

I'm on 3.0.2. When I tap preware in the launcher webOS starts up the software manager. If I reinstall prepare with palm-install it works until I reboot.

i have the same problem with 3.0.4. Anyone knows any fix for this issue ?
