I ran a backup last night and it was still running this morning. I uninstalled Preware Backup and tried to reinstall. However, I get this error message:

    -1:Unable to run command: /usr/bin/curl--create-dirs--insecure--fail--show-error--ouput/media/internal/.developer/com.tntservices.prebackup_1.6.7_all.ipk http://ipkg.preware.org/feeds/precen..._1.6.7_all.ipk 2>&1
There are an additional four lines (in red) below the above message. The last line is:

curl (22) The requested URL returned error: 404
    Any ideas?

What do you mean by "preware backup"?

Are you talking about creating a saved package list? Using the Save/Restore app? Or something else?

Just because an app is available in preware, doesn't mean it has anything to do with preware.

The app is simply the "pre backup utility".

You can get support for it here: http://forums.precentral.net/web-os-...n-utility.html (it is not created by WebOS Internals.)

Be sure to read the warnings.
