Apps not showing on phone. Help?

Okay, so I'm new to all of this and would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction here.

I've downloaded WebOs quick install, I have it working. I have even 'installed' a couple homebrew apps on my palm pre.
But, they won't show up one my phone.

What am I doing wrong?

Which apps? Also did you reboot your phone?
