Just a quick note in case this helps anybody else. After updating Preware today on my weboS 1.4.2 AT&T Pre some - but not all - downloads from the App Catalog were resulting in persistent "Install Failed' messages.

I tried a few different methods to resolve it, but the one that worked was reinstalling Preware via webOS Quick Install. So I'm guessing I had some sort of corrupted update to Preware.

Everything's good now - but I couldn't find anybody else with this issue post 1.3.5 so I figured I'd report.
