Is it possible to override the charging limit in UK? It scales back to 500mhz while charging, but with the temp limiter in Govnah that doesn't seem necessary any more.

Marco has been working on that very area recently.

Not to nit-pick... but the temp limiter is in the kernel, not Govnah... Govnah just adds an easier way to configure the range.

I set up a performance 1g profile that doesn't clock own when I plug in... I use uk 1.4.1-92 (test feed) and gov 0.6.6...

Yeah, that's an important point - the temperature limiter that Marco added to the kernel operates even when Govnah is not installed.

The clocking down only happens with screenstate while plugged in.

    Hi,

I played a bit with the screenstate profiles. But I don't want to send my o2 Germany Pre to the overclocking graveyard, so I deleted UberKernel via Preware. Before I deleted it, I set the govnah profile on ''Palm default''. Is that enough action to set my Pre on the default 500 Mhz?

Made my little donation. Appreciated the work you guys do.

    Hey everybody,

I'm using the standard battery, usually not having opened apps (just open up messaging / phone / contacts / calendar / cloud hopper / preware when needed) and my battery drops from 20% directly down to 0, shutting down the phone some moments later and can't be re-activated before being loaded (really seems to be empty...)

Is there anything I can do against this?

I just saw your other post where you say that. I was hoping you were not going to say that, though, and you may be another Guinea Pig for somline's experiments.

I was hoping you were going to say that you have a third barty battery (more specificly the Seido 1350mAh one). The "From The Forums" on the Front Page links to a thread started by "somline" that could tell more.
