Are you running it on a Pre which is running WebOS 1.3.5 ?

I have the same problem as d.moss, on 1.3.5 without wifi patch.
Probably something wrong with the commands?

I have same issue as d.moss, with no wifi-patch. I am running 1.3.5 on a Bell handset though. I got Doom to work by using WebOSdoctor to swap the resource files on the updates. So it seems strange Quake won't.

You can donate for the new preware.org server at:

WebOS Internals:Site support - WebOS Internals

I'm not sure if dtzWill has a donation address. If you prefer to donate directly to him, then mark your donations for dtzWill and I'll pass any on to him from the above address.

Wow, nice work to all involved. Screen is used for looking around it seems. Still trying to figure out the other keys.

Edit:
Rwhitby has posted the control info a couple posts down. Thanks for clearing that up.

J= forward
U= left strafe
N= right strafe
B= backwards
1-9= weapon select (no need to hit orange key)
Spacebar= activate/interact
Sym/tap bottom left of screen=shoot/attack
