I'm holding off on updating to this version as I don't really want two versions (normal and beta) on my phone, and the main improvements in the beta seem to be is enhanced support for some Twitter apps which is something I wouldn't use.

Looking forward to more updates though; do you have any interesting upcoming features planned?

A simple (in concept at least) thing I'd love to see is "next article" and "previous article" buttons so that if I have multiple items to read I don't have to keep back-swiping to the home page and individually clicking on each article heading. Don't know how easy this would be to implement however.

Top left and right maybe (to replace where the loading bar would otherwise be whilst loading)? Or if you wanted to be really clever, you could implement swipe left and right to go to previous/next article. You could overlay little arrows on the page to show if there was or wasn't an article in that direction, a la Tap@Talk/No Name Beta even, maybe?

I meant swiping on the screen itself, not the gesture area.

So like swiping between cards/articles in Newsroom/flicking between photos in the Photos app.
