Such a great idea and app. Unfortunately doesn't work on my Pre3 with 2.2.3 OS.
Here is the related log:

The last two lines keep repeating every few seconds.

Any ideas?

I also have Pre3 with 2.2.3 OS. I don't know how to read the logs but can say that "Homing Device" is not functioning on my Pre3.
Everything is on and working but no go for me. Looks neat and would love to use it.

Anyone have a definitive answer as to whether or not " Homing Device" will work on a Pre 3?
I keep trying thinking that I am doing something incorrectly. No sense in continuing my efforts if it out of my control.

It has been a while since I talked with the developer who created this app, but I know it would require major changes to work on 2.x, as one of my apps is in the same boat. As it is now, no, it won't work on any 2.x or 3.x device.

Awesome idea for an app! Well, are there any plans to update this to support 2.x and 3.x? I'd be willing to pay a bit for it on the App Catalog. Such an original idea, and it's a shame it won't run as it is

I know you didn't create this app but perhaps you would have the ability to get permission to do so...
I would pay for Homing Device to work on Pre3, either by donating or app catalog.
