Just use novaterm from the SDK to access Linux on the device.

Got the update and its working no issue and from the packets I've sent seems to be spot on in recording the traffic size. Thanks a ton

don't know whether this has been reported before or whether this app is still supported but here are a few major bugs (running on German VEER webos 2.1)

- wifi traffic is not counted

- data traffic count seems unreasonably high (maybe because it includes the WIFI traffic?)

- manual update button does not work

- after changing the starting date for the counting period the count does not change
(as I would expect it to do - unless it is actually only setting the reset date ... in which case you'd have to wait till that date until you can use the app for the purpose it was developed)

The original author is no longer working on this app as far as I know. It's open source, so anyone else can take it up and fix it. I have made a couple of minor fixes in the past to simply support new devices, but I have no intention on doing any major work on it.

No problems here on a Pre 2, webOS 2.1. Have not checked though whether every byte is counted. Overall values for both WiFi and 3G seem OK.

I tried removing the cirrent version and it looked like the daemon removal failed, how do I make sure and/or actually remove the daemon?
