Look in the homebrew section.
I am getting "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application." when I try to run the Windows executable. Running on Windows XP Pro 32-bit as an Admin. Anyone else having this problem or know how to resolve it?
Supposedly I'm connected, but then I get a blank screen. How do I fix that?

Did you setup port fowarding on your router?
Did you include the port number at the end of the IP?
ex:10.10.10.xxx:5100

I have no router, just a modem. As to the IP, I just used the 5900 example from the first post. If that is wrong, how do I figure which one I should use instead.

If they're both on the same wifi network, then no port forwarding
should be necessary. Your home computer might have an IP like
192.168.1.100 and your Pre 192.168.1.101.
If you set up the server to listen on port 5000 then you enter this address
on the Pre
http://192.168.1.100:5000
supply correct password and click Login to connect.
Many people probably also have personal firewalls installed on their
PCs (like Norton Internet Security, or Sunbelt Kerio Personal Firewall, etc).
Sometimes they'll prompt you when they see a new connection attempt
like this. Sometimes they won't and you have to go add rules yourself
to allow the connection.
Anyway, I got it working, but it locked up several times, got out of
sync several times, often ignored clicks, or clicked when I was trying
to scroll or zoom. At one point it complained that it was out
of memory and there were too many cards open, despite it being
the only running app. Ultimately it locked the Luna display solid
on the Pre. I had to SSH into it and reboot it, as it was ignoring
the power button. [edit] Just happened again. It starts
by the display freezing, and then when I try to dismiss the app
it locks WebOS solid, although linux is still ok, because I can
login and reboot it.

It would be really cool if this app would remember the last address entered after you close it and open it again, save alot of typing.

VERY impressed so far, even if they are just screenshots, it accomplishes your remote needs to home pc!

Need to know the steps to get this working over EVDO. I have my external IP that I got from IP Chicken. Now just need to what format to put it in the pre. I can connect fine over WiFi.

Depends on which desktop you want to see on your Pre. If you want to see your PC's desktop then use that IP. If you want to see your laptops IP then use that IP.
