Maybe it's just me, but I think the button should be green for start, red for stop, instead of staying red...
Other than that, it looks good...

I'd also like to see two decimal places instead of one.
Also, maybe to add accuracy, the keyboard could be used to start and stop the timer...

DK,
Nice and clean. One suggestion is to use a fixed width font or design the timer so the individual time segments are displayed in different fields. Otherwise, you see a shift in the timer whenever the width of the numbers change (which happens frequently since the 1/10 second counts so quickly.)
new version released, check OP for details

Great app! Is it possible to show 100th's of seconds?
Keep up the good work.

Thanks, if possible make it so it still notifies when the time is up even if the Pre is off.

DK,
Great job. The overall UI is much better. A suggestion for a future enhancement would be a count-down timer.
Some tweaks you might consider...
- The white border around the stopwatch readout area is quite strong. Along with the numbers, it creates a distracting visual effect. I'd recommend softening it to a gray or *maybe* even leaving it off, as the black background might suffice to identify the readout area.
- The default button should perhaps be on the left. This is true for a bunch of other OS's that I can think of right now...Windows, Mac OS...So the Start button would be on the left with the Reset button on the right, then the Stop button would also be on the left, with Laps on the right. This location for a default button also resonates well with languages that read from left to right, like English.
