I've just updated this app, changes include:
- Copy & Paste menu items!
- backspace button in the input field clears both input and result textfields
- non-displayable languages were removed
Download is attached to the first post (or: Translator for Palm Pre )
thanks!

No it won't update itself, you'll have to reinstall the app with the instructions that can be found on the forums (I don't know if there are problems with vista64)

My Vietnamese friend was visiting for the weekend, and I managed to impress her with a few translated lines, hehehehe...

Very nice app.

Many thanks for distributing this under the BSD license : I've just added your app to the palmopensource.com directory :-)

Oh so nice!
This lil' homebrew rocks! Exactly what I needed.
I can finally, alternatively, communicate with the people I spend the most time with.
My daughter is a 3rd grader @ a French immersion school. Now I get her attention when "suggesting" tasks to be accomplished.
My drinkin buddy was raised in Germany, if only I could type those sounds I might finally be able to tell what insults hes tossin my way!

I am able to install other homebrew apps but for some reason this one says it's installing and does nothing. I just got my pre and it's not rooted. Any idea what could be the issue..
So far I have solitaire,BADD Flashlight, and My notification installed. all work great.

Sorry, I've removed the languages which are not supported by the font of the Pre. As soon as the Pre supports these languages I'll add them back into the app.
