My calendar is currently open on the 20th. I'll try to get there as well...but have to talk to the boss (wife) first.

OK, so I made a *lot* of calls today. Of all the brewpubs I called, probably ten in total, only two had private rooms we could gather in. The best one is The Schlafly Tap Room in downtown STL. I have updated the original post to reflect the confirmed meeting time and location.

I reserved the small, semi-private room near the bar for us. It seats up to 16 people. I don't suspect we'll have more than 16, but you never know. I think this room will be fine. You'll have to order your food/drinks from the bar as there is no dedicated wait staff for this semi-private room.

I will get there a little early just to set everything up (if there's anything to set up). I really hope you can make it. Schlafly has great beer and the food here is quite good.

Karla and husband, thanks for signing up. I'm looking forward to meeting you two. I know the location isn't what you suggested previously, but I hope it works well for you. The Tap Room was the only place that filled in all the checkboxes I needed for this meetup.

As tempting as that offer is, not this time. I have some friends coming up from St. Louis that weekend for a Cubs vs Cards game. I'll have to get Schlafly's Beer Cheese soup another time.
