stuck patches and themes

I have a huge problem, however it does not hurt my phone, I hope, but it is very annoying. I have a palm pixi, and I have preware. I downloaded a theme, and now, that theme is stuck. On preware under the 'installed' list, the theme does not appear like I never even downloaded it. So i deleted all applications from the 'device info' icon. And still, the theme is there. Using this method to delete all apps left another problem. All the patches I downloaded are now stuck in as well. I re-installed preware and looked under my installed items, and says that I have no installed patches. I used quickinstall to delete them as another solution, but it basically says that I have no installed patches. I would greatly appreciate some help on this.
