Not able to Install any Apps from Quick Install

I am currently using Palm Pre Plus.
I installed Quick Install, I am able to update the tweaks to the phone, but when i tried to install the apps from the quick install(both with download option and with the downloaded ipk files), the apps are not appearing in the Phone.

Also, Whenever i do hard reboot of the phone, all my installed apps are gone :-(

Please help me

Any advice would be helpful.
