Launch App at Start-Up

Is there anyway for an app to auto-launch at start-up. I have the "where's my pre" app and unless you start it each time after you turn the phone on. The reason I ask is because my Pixi has ADD and crashes every 20 minutes and I usually don't remember to turn it on, thus it won't track my location...

If you homebrew, then add Mode Switcher.
