Since the Scam-App's really don't have a chance at winning Palm's download contest; I wanted to see which developers have a real chance at winning? Pandora, Electronic's Art, Gameloft, ect?

I think the partners aren't eligible, I'd bet it'll be the guy who made the Word-Poker game.
