[MODS: Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, this is my first post here and I'm not sure where it goes]
just like Android users did it, too! Here's a guide (assuming you have Debian chroot installed onto Palm Pre already) : Android - LXDE.org Follow that, but use 320x320 since we have to use PalmVNC on Classic to view the desktop. Also use screen setting 0 on PalmVNC. Obviously probably not very usable I just wanted to say I did it ;P ...and because my friend BlackEyedSceva is an Android-nut so I figured I would have to show him how my Palm can hold its own against the 'droid. ![]() sorry my camera skills suck! ![]() ![]() ![]() Anyone else tried this/done this for fun?

Sorry for the bump of an old post, but there's a story on the front page about running X on the Pre with a local VNC client, just thought I'd show it was done in Dec 2009
