I think that you should go with the pre3. It seems like a delightful phone, and from someone that just came from android, i can tell you the pre is much better as a 'phone'. I've got the newest ipod touch and that keeps me updated on any apps that i might be missing out on. Just connect that to your pre hotspot and you'll have what most people want out of both devices. If you are thinking of a new Os, Blackberry 10 looks fantastic!
