New Contacts Disappear

I'm wondering if there is something wrong with backups as lately when I save new contacts and come back days later its not there. Anyone else have these kinda problems?

This sounds just like other apps "forgetting" their settings once every few days/weeks... looks like a database issue to me, no idea what causes it.
