Forgive me if my computer is causing the problem, but the banner for tomorrow's event is off by an hour.

It's currently 5 mins to 12 CST and the banner says 1 day, 1 hour, 5 mins to the event.

The webOS app on my phone says 1d 00:05:00

I did, it's set to Central Time Zone and the time is correct. Strange.

I see the same problem also. My computer time is correct.

If the event starts at 10:00 am PST time the count down should be under 24 hours now but I see it saying 1 day and 40+ minutes.

The count down app (Super Device) is correct. It seems like this maybe a problem on precentral.

Are you using the app with the blue HP logo that you can tilt?
That is the one Palm created I think.

The countdown pages of the palm event shows that 12 hours are left although when I looked at PST time
    22 hours are left??

Well I just checked again from my laptop at home (on a different ISP) and the countdown is still an hour behind. If I wait for the timer to run out, I'll miss the live coverage.

Not a big deal, just curious what the issue is? Anyone else in CST or another time zone seeing the problem?

In my timezone (Australia), the countdown on the Palm site expired a number of hours ago.

It's an example of a complete failure by someone to understand that the world has timezones.

It's NOT fixed. At least not for me.
The precentral site is one hour off, the palm site is two hours off!!

    I'm in CET area.

whoa I now have 3 different times, each an hour apart.

1.the app with blue hp logo-10 pst
    2.precentral- 11 pst
    3.palm page- 12 pst

HP responsible for 1 and 3, they need to be fixed before east coast press gets to work.
