Fascinating! So I used your "trick" and just tried to connect over and over again and it worked. Guess I just wasn't ever persistent enough! THANKS!

I'm curious, could this work to tether, say, a playstation 3 or xbox? I have a sprint pre with the hotspot set up (and with ip forwarding), and was unable to connect my ps3 to it; same goes for my kindle (though I have yet to try the blunt force method that worked for some of you guys :P). Could there be any reason a system like the ps3 or xbox wouldn't be able to connect to a sprint MHS app?

Awesome! Kindle is coming tomorrow, so I'll definitely try that. I was never that persistent.
I'll be sure to report back.
