I set up my Pixi as an ftp/ssh server so I can connect wirelessly using filezilla. Will this still be possible with WebOS2?

Yes, install OpenSSH SFTP Server from Preware exactly as before.

Calling Secure Shell beta is an over-exaggeration. It's very alpha, barely function, and has many fatal bugs.

But yes, it is the only working terminal for webOS 2.0 (which is why I released it to the testing feed in that state).
