    Strange error on Sprint Navigation:

    "No database found" For some reason, we could not connect to the database. My guess is that it's not your fault. Please try again later.


    Very strange error. Any ideas??

    didn't work. tried battery pull. didnt work and another reboot. I don't want to doctor the phone AGAIN...so maybe the webos repair utility would work?

    I would first try a battery pull (it can be more effective than just a reset), and then I would call Telenav who provides the Sprint Navigation service (they might be able to test your account from another phone and confirm if it's an account setting or your phone). Telenav can be reached at 888-353-6284.

    battery pull didn't help. WebOS Repair tool didn't help. Ended up doctoring the phone which fixed the problem.
