    If I'm correct, WebOS doesn't support java, but is there anyway to convert a J2ME file to work on WebOS?

    I'm just getting into WebOS development, so don't take this as gospel or anything but...probably not. It's just too different.

    If anyone is interested, you could probably port phoneME (open source version of JavaME).

    $100 to anyone that can get phoneME (or any JME stack of your choosing) to run Opera Mini on the Pre.

    jvm cacao (from nslu2-linux optware feed) + microemulator 2.0.1 + x11 + gtk = j2me emulator on webos =) one problem: i have not found gtk build for webos.
