I didn't know where to post this but thought it would be good to get another spotlight on how exactly to donate to the amazing people who bring us homebrew (preware, overclocking, webos quick install etc..). I will be first time donating but long time user of overclocking and many, many patches. It finally hit me that without the homebrew community and overclocking, the experience I have on a daily basis with my Palm Pre would not be nearly as fun and functional. Anyone using the uberkernel or any overclocking and ANY patches should really consider contributing by donating to the people who bring us the ability to really enjoy our devices. Cheers.

WebOS Internals also purchases, maintains and hosts the servers which run the ipkg.preware.org package feeds that serve up the applications, patches, and kernels used by Preware and WebOS Quick Install. This is actually quite a significant ongoing expense that is paid for completely from donations.

All donations to WebOS Internals go back into paying for that infrastructure and developer hardware. No members of WebOS Internals directly receive cash - all donations go back into hardware and hosting expenses which benefit the whole homebrew community.

You can donate at http://bit.ly/webos-internals-donations or PayPal directly to donations @ webos-internals.org - we're currently saving our pennies so that we can purchase a couple of next-gen webOS phones or tablets for our devs so that we can get Preware, overlocking and patching working as soon as possible for everyone to benefit from ...
