    Refering to Palm Pre (Sprint)

I got my data backed up on my hard drive, so I feel comfortable updating to 1.4 now. I pushed to Install link, and my phone said it would take about 15 minutes to complete installation. However, it has been 1 1/2 hours and my phone still says "Installing Update. Do not remove battery." The circle in the center of the black screen is going around and around.

Is there something wrong? How long do I let it go before aborting the update process?

If you're a novice that these types of situations, you might want to visit your provider. It doesn't take 1.5 hrs to do the update.

Ok... I took the battery out. Put the battery back in. It re-started installing the update. Took about 30 minutes. Everything seems to be in working order so far. Must have been hung up on something the first try.
