    hi.

i have an issue with a theme, that didnt remove properly.
Yes i searched, and it said to use webdoc.

but i was wondering if a full reset/format will also solve the issue?
this way i can also remove patches etc, and have a nice clean pre before 1.4

thanks for your help in advance

More info...Did you install the theme with WEBOSQI or Preware? If so which version? etc.

Most likely a full reset will NOT fix the issue, as it stil relies on files in the phone that you have changed with the theme.

The WebOS Doctor will work as it completely overwrites all the files back to stock.

You may have success using WebOSQuick install to "revert" to the standard theme.

Before doing anything more drastic, I would reinstall the same theme again using QI and then uninstall it again. This usually works.

if that doesn't work a full reset followed by a trip to the doctor and you will be golden! Just make sure you backup the contents of your Pre via USB to your hard drive and use WOSQI to copy the PalmDatabase.db file from your pre to your computer so you can keep emails, texts, contacts....if you do a search for PalmDatabase you'll find a nice article.
