So, quick question. I have a Pixi (returned my pre for one, mainly for better battery life and build quality) and I want a good desktop software to sync and manage my media, and a good app for downloading and managing podcasts. What are your picks? Palm has no desktop syncing software for webOS devices right?

Off topic: Can someone give me a link on a tutorial on how to install Preware on a pixi 1.3.5?

I currently use media monkey and really really like it. There is a free version as well. It recognizes your device as a iPod so you can manage it just the same way you would in iTunes (instead of drag and drop). I also think double twist works as well (looks more like iTunes but never used it).

For podcasts I would highly, highly recommend drPodder (homebrew app). It frees you form having to sync your device to get podcast. Simply subscribe and you can download or stream it right on your device. So much easier...

    Hope this helps.

Thanks! I will try DrPodder, I think I may mod my Pixi tonight.
