The group has almost done it.
I am of cores referring to lightwav on my previous phones.
The make of lightwav “toysoft” is not making webOS only blackberry at this time.
I can change ringer per person, I can change ringer per text message.

The only thing I am missing that actually hurts me is a timer for ringers.
    What I mean is:
From 6 am -7 am in car need ringer loud
From 7 am -6 in office need ringer quite
From 6 pm -7 pm in car need ringer loud
From 7 pm-10 pm at home need ringer medium
From 10 pm-6 am need quite
And on weekend need medium all the time.

If I have missed the app or the patch I am sorry for the post.

Rather than using specific times to set a ringer, why not use the location-aware capabilities of the phone and set various GPS coordinates to change ringer volume?

For instance, a profile at home to set the ringer volume to medium, one for work to set the ringer volume to low/vibrate, and a default setting to have the ringer set to high everywhere else... There are a few WebOS apps that change backgrounds based upon your location (Chameleon is one of them). If you contact the developer, perhaps this is a feature that s/he can include in a future release.
Follow me on Twitter! I'm simply WebOSFan there.

Great idea did not even think of that.
But I can find any information on Chameleon other then in the app catalog.
If you click developer information it takes you to a godaddy web site that does not exist anymore.
