My phone decided to update to 1.2.1 AGAIN. This is the first time it's done it. Is there a way to delete/remove/reset the file/update? Should I just install it and not manually search for updates until 1.3.0?

Dont manually search! There is no way that I know of to remove an update!

Clarification... Once it's been DOWNLOADED but NOT installed you're stuck with installing it to make the nags go away?

The only thing I know to do would be to use an old webOS Doctor to reset it back to an older version.

Why would you want to roll it back? There were lots of good changes in 1.2.1, mainly more access to the App Catalog. Some free apps even require 1.2.1 in order to run.
