    WebOS QuickInstall and WEBOS Repair Utility won't recognize my connected pre.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    Yeah that happened to me today as well. i just did a re-boot and it worked. Or try resetting you Dev Mode.Hope this helps.

    Mine recognizes my Pre, but hangs when I click the "feeds" button.
    Everything's Amazing and Nobody's Happy

    you should throw away those files(webos QI and Doctor and Utility)and go download new ones making sure they are the right ones then try it again after you have done that come back and we can troubleshoot a little and see if we can find the problem!?

    I have the same problem as 'thesource', followed all steps and it still doesn't recognize. The PC recognizes the USB connection, but webOS QI does't and webOS doctor doesn't either, Please help.

    Try to reinstall Novacom
