Hello, I have installed several homebrew apps and now my "throwaway" card sound is very faint. Any idea how to fix this? System sounds is maxed out.

I've also noticed this. I haven't tried to pinpoint it.

Someone mentioned it on here before...it's a weird "bug"...has nothing to do with your installations...

Somehow, the system "swoosh" sound is related to what the volume was set at the last time you rebooted your Pre...regardless of what you then change it to...

So figure out an appropriate setting for it...set the volume with the exterior buttons...then reboot your Pre...the sound should then be set...
